Component placement and systematic setup process
At Hentech, we use an efficient and systematic process to precisely place electronic components on printed circuit boards. One of our core technologies is Surface Mount Technology (SMT), a process that is widely used in modern electronic assemblies, especially for medical electronics where precision and compactness are critical.
With SMT, our engineering teams are able to achieve higher wiring density and complexity between miniature components to meet today’s demanding standards for miniaturization and high performance of electronic systems in the medical industry. Final Inspection and Quality Confirmation
At the final stage of PCB assembly, we closely inspect the finished product through automated optical inspection (AOI) or X-ray imaging. With five state-of-the-art inspection machines, we are able to accurately identify solder joint defects and component mounting issues to ensure that each board meets the stringent quality requirements.
Our X-ray inspection systems are equipped with high-precision digital controls, XY motion platforms, and image enhancement capabilities that allow engineers to fully evaluate the internal structure of circuits. This process is critical to ensuring the high performance and reliability of electronic components in medical devices and demonstrates our ongoing commitment to quality control.
